How to improve google search

1. go to web http://www.google.com/webmasters/ sign with your google account
2. add your site like someweb.com to in the web masters
3. verify your site clicking verify site option
a. We need to verify site , so that we can access comprehensive statistics and crawl errors about the pages in the
4. choose metatag option for verifying the site
5. paste google’s code in the home page in first head tag option
6. re verify the site after adding metadata code in head section
7. You can add site maps of your site by clicking add button next to your URL in webmaster page
a. The sitemaps helps google to crawl your website
b. If you have already submitted the site and verified it using webmaster tools , there is no need for submitting sitemap as google has already done that work for you
8. To enable search for specific key words of your site refer http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=34434&hl=en
a. Include words in page , google will crawl and find it out
b. Allow your site to be linked by other high quality sites
9. If still your site is not getting listed in google search do following
a. Check your site is in the Google index
b. Make sure Google can find and crawl your site
c. Make sure that Google can index your site
d. Make sure your content is useful and relevant

How to Track Visitors to a Blogger Blog


Note:One thing is common for all the tracking sites.First you need to register,and provide the necessary information about your blog/website.Next,they will give you a html code and you have to embed it in your blog.
How to do that in blogger?
1.Sign in to your blogger dashboard.
2.Click on the 'layout' link next to your blog name.
3.Click on the "Add a Page element"
4.Select "html/javascript" and past the code they provide and SAVE THE CHANGES.

From then,your blog will be tracked and you can check your blog stats from time to time after logging in to your registrate's website.

How to add your URL to  Search engine 

1)Your web site should mention the phrases you would reasonably expect an interested party to search for, as regular text in your HTML.

2) Add URLs to search engines


3) Ask the webmasters of related web pages and sites to link to your pages, and encourage your readers to link to your site.
This will bring people in directly, and it will also allow search engines like Google to find you.

4)Create sitemap for your website and submit it to  google to help google to crowl your site better  . Sitemaps are an easy way for you to submit all your URLs to the Google index and get detailed reports about the visibility of your pages on Google. 

1.      Enter your full website URL and some optional parameters in the form http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/.

2.      Press 'Start' button and wait until the site is completely crawled (the progress will be indicated)

3.      You will see the generated sitemap details page, including number of pages, broken links list, XML file content and link to a compressed sitemap. Download the sitemap file using this link and put it into the "public_html/" folder of your site.

4.      Go to your Google Webmaster account and add your sitemap URL.Please check About Sitemaps for more details.

5)verify your site in  Google Webmaster account
